We are currently seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team and support one of our top U.S.-based clients.

What You'll Do:

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions for our U.S. client.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment tasks, including job description preparation, CV review, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with senior leadership.
Facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and system access are handled promptly.
Utilizing various HR software platforms to manage employee data, track progress, and generate reports.
Assisting with inquiries related to U.S. government insurance systems such as Medicaid, Medicare, and other similar programs.
Providing timely and accurate assistance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Proven experience working in an HR or administrative capacity with U.S. or other international organizations.
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
Familiarity with various HR software systems and a strong aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
Experience managing or assisting with employee onboarding processes.
Familiarity with U.S. government insurance programs like Medicaid, Medicare, or similar health benefit systems.
Meticulous and accurate in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Experience working in the health sector or a healthcare center is a plus (not mandatory).
Willingness and availability to work in the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (GMT+3)
